Find Your Path

Over the last two years, our students have faced countless postponements, cancelations, and ever-changing adjustments at school. Many have found that their performance opportunities have been reduced greatly or even been eliminated.  More than ever, the constant distraction of social media and cell phones pulls us away from focusing on the here-and-now of our lives. Our summer camp offers a much-needed break for students to look up, get back to performing, creating, getting inspired, and rediscovering their potential. Join us for a new learning experience in a creative environment, making new friends, and having fun at camp.

Any string player with at least one year of experience is welcome. It’s a fun reason to keep playing your instrument during summer break, and is a great way to experience what the collaboration of  Nevada ASTA Chapter (American String Teachers Association), The String Connection and Las Vegas Youth Orchestras can provide.

We strive to recognize the unique spirit of each student and eliminate barriers that hinder an individual’s growth potential. When students attend Vivace Summer String Camp they can be themselves – free of judgment, criticism, or fear.

Our campus environment is designed to eliminate racial, religious, sexual, and cultural stereotypes and to foster positive intercultural relationships. Vivace Summer String Camp does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, gender, national or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, mental or physical ability, or gender expression or identity in the administration of its programs and policies.
